When will I be able to register for the meeting?

I have registered online but not yet received my confirmation.
It can take up to 5 days for the Conference Organisers to process your registration and to email you your confirmation and invoice.  If you have not received confirmation of your booking within 5 days, please telephone +44 (0)131 336 4203 or email genes&cancer@in-conference.org.uk

When will I be able to submit an abstract for the meeting?

How do I view the programme online?
The programme is available to view via the Programme page of this website.

How do I get to the meeting?
Please see details of how to travel to the meeting on the Venue page of this website.

When is the early registration deadline?
The deadline for the early registration is 11th February 2019.

Can I register to attend only attend part of the meeting?
No; the registration fee is for the full conference.

Do I have to pay by credit/debit card online or can I be invoiced?
We request that all registrations are paid for online, however if this is not possible please contact us at genes&cancer@in-conference.org.uk

Will I be charged for my payment?
If payment is made by bank transfer we ask that you pay all bank charges. Alternatively we can accept payment by credit/debit card where there are no additional fees for delegates.

Can I pay by American Express?
We can only accept card payments by VISA, VISA Debit and MasterCard.

Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?
Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of receipt provided.

Would I still be able to register if I arrive late at the meeting?
Yes, our registration desk is open every day throughout the event.  Please note that on-site registration fees are higher.

I received the following error message when trying to complete the payment on the registration site:

Card type not selected
Please check that you have ticked the card payment button positioned to the left of the card details section. Please note that this means we have not received your registration

Declined
Unfortunately this message suggests that your credit card provider is blocking payment. Please contact your bank directly to resolve this issue. Please note that this means we have not received your registration
