Registration Fees – Non Residential Package

Please note that registration fees do not include the meeting dinner on Wednesday 10th April; see below for further details of fee inclusions:
Non Residential Delegate Package – includes:
- Attendance to all scientific sessions, poster sessions and the meeting exhibition
- All delegate meeting materials
- All meeting catering including the Welcome Reception on Monday 8th April. Lunch on Monday 8th April is not included in the meeting programme. Please note that fees do not include access to the Meeting Dinner on Wednesday 10th April , which can be purchased separately for a nominal fee of £20, due to limited availability. Tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis

Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit card at the time of registering. We accept VISA , MasterCard and VISA Debit card. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.
Entry to the meeting will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you. If you have not received this within 5 days of registering, please contact the Conference Organisers by emailing email@example.com
Before you proceed with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
Registrations can only be made on-line and payment is required at the time of booking. Notification of cancellations should be made by email whereupon the organisers will send an acknowledgement of your cancellation. An administration fee of £40 will be deducted from your refund. Substitutions can be made at any time. It is with regret that no refunds can be issued after 25th February – 12.00 UK Local Time.
To register as a student you must be a full time under or post-graduation student. We will require further proof of your student status; this can be a scan of your student identification card or a letter from your university (acceptance letter or matriculation letter) you will be asked to upload this during the registration process, if you cannot upload it please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Non-EU participants may require a Visa to enter the UK. To check if you need a UK Visa please follow this link. Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.
Visa Applications – Letter from the Organising Secretariat
If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the on-line registration form and make payment. Please email: email@example.com to request a letter after you have registered and made payment.
Please note invitation letters can only be issued to invited speakers.
If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates will be emailed to all delegates shortly after the meeting and are only available for delegates who attend the meeting.
